Shay listened to my Jamaica wishlist for a multigenerational family vacation and executed the plan flawlessly. Although we were a party of 15, my husband and I still wanted some private time for our anniversary. Everyone in our group was able to enjoy small group activities as well as whole group activities. Shay is a good listener and an active problem solver, which allowed her to meet the needs of everyone in our group. I am already working with her on my next vacation. I’m trusting her with my extraordinary 35th wedding anniversary trip.

We gave Shay very little time to pull a 5-day Palm Springs, CA., trip for four girlfriends (who have been friends since college) with very particular needs & wants together, and I'm glad we used her services. We met up in Palm Springs and stayed at the a Resort & Spa, where we were greeted warmly by the staff, and the accommodations were nice. The adult pools were very convenient to our rooms and so refreshing!

For the last leg of our trip, we ventured to Joshua Tree. We stayed at a newly renovated retreat with beautiful bungalows. The first day we were there, we went to Joshua Tree National Park and did some hiking and "Did not die," which was an awesome task because it was 116 degrees! With her constant contact and communication to try to meet our expectations, the trip was seamless and enjoyable for all.

Shay was patient with all of the questions that I would have and always ready to accommodate my needs as we planned our trip. I appreciate her willingness to make sure I was satisfied and of reminders along the way as we planned our trip to Phoenix. It was four of us and the youngest traveler was 5 years old. There was something for everyone. All bases were covered all we had to do was show up.

Our shuttle arrangements from the airport to the hotel fell through due to a lay over which caused us to arrive after the shuttle service ended. Shay came to the rescue and assisted us in making other arrangements in getting to our hotel. She had met her obligations to us, but still made sure we got where we needed to be. Did I mention it was almost midnight and help was on the way.
